Welcome to our broker page.  We are a husband and wife team who combined have lived in the Willamette Valley area for over 60 years, with David leaving only for his stint in the USAF and Teresa transplanting from Eastern Oregon. Over the years we have seen neighborhoods change and grow and we know there is a place for everyone’s dream home. We are very familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, and communities in the area and this makes us a great resource when you become ready to possibly make one of the most important financial decisions a person or a family can make.  

 

We believe building relationships in real estate matters, and we don’t consider ourselves to have a salesman mentality when it comes to real estate as we understand that each property has its own unique features and can tell its own story.  We know that having integrity is important in the real estate business and we will do our best to provide open, honest, and fair communication at all times. We will use our knowledge of the area, our expertise with the tools in the business, and our ability to build relationships with the people we work with to either sell your home or help you find one that feels like home. It is through these relationships and personal attention to details that we can best serve you as your realtor in a stress free environment. 

 

On a personal note, we have been married for 18 years, and have three beautiful girls that keep us busy with various sports, clubs, and the arts. We enjoy participating in 5k and 10k runs and obstacle races (Teresa might be more of the cheerleader, while David and the girls participate). As a family we love watching movies, playing card games, and being outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing. When not enjoying the outdoor life, David is usually involved in some home improvement project and Teresa can be found lost in the pages of a good book. Whatever we are doing, we always enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and sharing our love of life, family, and real estate.
